The vendor has been fantastic..during our busy service times kids just wanting a drink or snack don’t need to wait in the food queue and it is an invaluable supplement to students and staff who need food and drinks outside our service hours especially before and after school when co-curricular activities such as Sports training or Arts rehearsals are occurring. The kids love it and it definitely creates revenue without taking anything away from our regular tuckshop takings..it is supplementary and frees up staff as those who use it don’t need to be served. We love that we can choose what products go in to it and can easily gear that towards whatever function is going on outside of hours if we wish.

I purchased my fridge last year. It started leaking internally recently and through your recommendation had Humphreys refrigeration come out and look at it. I really appreciate that you guys supplied the damaged part to him at no cost even though your liability on the fridge finished 9 months ago. It goes to show that customer service is still a thing, something that we believe is still important.
